I designed these at the request of someone on a facebook group, took me about 15 minutes to bang out in Fusion 360. I do not know much about the use case, however I know that you need to print 2 of them, fix one side to the body of the vehicle, such as a guard/fender, and the other to a plastic component such as a bumper. You then place a piece of elastic between the two in an X shape, and that holds the bumper square to the vehicle and stops it flapping around. I have included a number of sizes for Metric and Imperial users: -3mm -4mm -5mm -6mm -3/16 Inch -1/8 Inch -3/32 Inch -1/4 Inch I also have two designed for common rivet sizes, this being the 1/8" Rivet and 3.2mm Rivet, your rivet will want to be at least 25mm long on the head space. Personally I think that a metric 3.2mm rivet would be more appropriate, as it's shoulder cap is more suited to this application being larger, and therefore spreading the stress across a larger head area for you. I have included both STL and 3MF files for you depending on what printer you have to use. 3MF is slightly better in the detail area, though realistically you probably will not be able to tell. Some people just like 3MF.
