I crafted a sleek design that was both compact and ingenious from the start. First, I chose to add a compact side panel to hold solder tubes and a handy grip, followed by incorporating a small drawer underneath to store a box of shrink tube. The shrink tube box measures precisely 175x100x22. Next, I cleverly added a slight indentation in the backside to enable storage of my versatile tool, the Versatip, in a horizontal position on a shelf or similar surface. This thoughtful design consideration makes it easy to store and retrieve the tool when needed. With precision and care, I assembled the parts using super glue; however, for those who prefer, they can print the entire piece as one cohesive unit if desired. To make printing even more efficient, users have the option to utilize the TOP_PARTS_FUSED and BOX_BASE settings to reduce the number of pieces required. The box was cleverly split into two sections to eliminate the need for support during the printing process. This thoughtful design element makes it easier to print the model without any issues. Designed using the intuitive Tinkercad software, this creation is a testament to innovation and functionality.
