Dremel Tool Mount

My Latest 3D Print: A Dremel Tool Holder That Works Like a Charm. This project started with a brilliant idea to create a simple Sliding Dremel Tool Holder. The plan is to add more 3D Printed parts, including a sturdy Base, a Sliding Material Holder, and precision adjustment points. Maybe I'll even build a "mini" horizontal mill for gouging, cutting small parts, and cutting PCB material with ease. To test this thing out, I simply clamped it to the edge of my workbench. And wow, within just a few hours of setup, it has proven incredibly useful, even at this very early stage of development. I should have built one of these long ago. Note: it is designed to be 3D Printed without supports by making the parts fit together snugly like interlocking puzzle pieces. This Fusion 360 model isn't really ready for publication yet, but I'll share it as-is because it may still be useful even at this stage. More than likely the model will need some easy modifications to fit different brands of Dremel Tools perfectly. The parts are a very snug press fit together. I used a block of wood and a hammer to drive them into place with a satisfying click. The three parts were printed on separate 3D Printers; the Base was printed on a CR-10, each of the mounts were printed one each on two Ender 3's. I printed them with PLA, 3 Top and Bottom Layers, 3 Side Walls, 30% Star Infill, 0.2 Layer Height, and a 0.4 Nozzle. Print the two ring parts, ring-side down so that supports will not be necessary at all. More updates to come!
