Dremel Tool Holder for model 380
thingiverse
I needed a holder for my very old model 380 Dremel tool. This design will hold the tool firmly with the body tightly clamped. The holder is made in four parts: base, body mount, nose mount and knob. It is small enough to be printed on smaller priinters. The knob should be threaded with 8-32 threads to accommodate an 8-32 x 1 1/2 machine screw. The body mount and nose mounts are attached to the base with 6-32 flat head machine screws cut down to 9mm length. I used a nylock nut inserted in the recess of the body mount to accommodate the knob screw. You might want to glue the nut in place if it fits too loosely. For use, the base can be clamped to something firm with a small clamp. I have added screw holes in the base so you can screw it to a larger block or screw on a small keel block to allow clamping in a vise.
