Dremel TIG Tungsten Grinder

This is a slight remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4891541

I used the fusion models to re-scale the base, increasing everything but the Dremel attachment threads to 1.1x size, for compatibility with the 38mm diamond Dremel wheel common in the United States. I've also attached a 1.1x scale STL of the head, which is otherwise unmodified.

The fit isn't perfect, but pretty good. The inner hole needed to be expanded a bit for compatibility with the EZ change Dremel mandrel, but shouldn't need modification for a normal mandrel.

Some silicone on the base-to-head threads goes a long way towards preventing binding.

Recommended print settings:

0.16mm layer height

5 perimeters

5 top and bottom layers

40% infill

All credit to the original designer, this is a fantastic design, and the only one I could find that correctly orients the grind marks parallel to the tungsten rod.
