Dremel Router Base

This attachment was crafted specifically for my Black and Decker RTX, which also accommodates Dremel attachments seamlessly. I sought to create a modular router base for my rotary tool that featured an adjustable fence, allowing me to precision-cut hand-chamfers on various parts with ease. To achieve optimal results, simply insert the Blank Insert for a flat base or use the Fence part as an adjustable fence stop. This design leverages M3 hardware to secure the inserts and 5/16 hex hardware for the adjustable standoffs. The circular protrusions at the corners of the Base part are strategically designed to enhance bed adhesion during the printing process. Although my initial two prints with ABS exhibited significant warping, incorporating these discs significantly improved print stability. Once the print is complete, simply cut off the excess material from the corner circles for a seamless finish.
