Dremel Router base (another one)
thingiverse
Yet another Dremel router base inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:678471. I wasn't thrilled with the locking mechanism for height adjustment, so I designed a new base from scratch. It should fit standard Dremels with 3/4 inch 12 TPI threads on the neck. To measure it, count the space between threads as 2.1mm. The locking screw is M4 compatible; tap it before use. I've made some edits since posting initially. I found the sides a bit too thin and prone to breaking easily, so I beefed them up to 3mm instead of 2mm thick. Additionally, I modified the handles to extend further up the neck for added strength. The thread on the neck piece was a bit tight, so I expanded it slightly in hopes of fixing the problem.
