I gave a facelift to an existing design by adding slopes to sharp edges to boost its strength, introducing bolt recesses for enhanced functionality, including measurement marks, and giving it a trim to eliminate unnecessary material that didn't contribute to its overall sturdiness. I printed this project in true silver Hatchbox PLA. I personally own a Dremel 4000, but from what I've read, this will work with any Dremel model featuring the same threading. A raft is crucial for preventing lifting. The 1/4-inch nut fits snugly, possibly due to PLA shrinkage, but either way it remains securely in place within the knurled knob - a desirable outcome in my opinion. Simply tap it in with a mallet and it works seamlessly. You'll need: x2 1/4-inch bolts (4 inches) x6 1/4-inch nuts ***UPDATE 8/16*** I corrected mesh errors Added beveling, reshaped contours Edited in Blender
