Dremel/Rotary Tool Shaft Lock Pin
thingiverse
I designed a replacement for my faulty rotary tool shaft lock pin. To make it work properly, you'll need a 2.5mm x 20mm screw that's been cut down to 15mm or 14mm in length - depending on your specific requirements, as some users have found success with even shorter lengths of around 12mm when paired with M3 screws. Since my printer isn't perfect, I had to settle for M2.5 screws instead. To complete the assembly, you'll need a 3mm spacer that's glued securely in place using epoxy or superglue once the screw has been inserted.
