Dremel Rotary Tool Bit Holder

In a Fusion 360 forum, one of the members requested guidance on designing this rotary tool bit holder as depicted in the picture. I chose to attempt designing it myself based on the provided image. There are two versions of this design, each accommodating different shank diameters: 2.33mm (with holes measuring 2.55mm in diameter), and 3.175mm or 1/8th inch (with holes measuring 3.4mm in diameter). All holes have a depth of 5mm and are spaced either 6mm or 12mm apart.
