This is a sanding/grinding table add-on that attaches the Flexi tool vertically for better access to the sanding drum.\nIf you have the Dremel Flexi attachment, it comes with a plastic clamp to suspend the tool, and this Black clamp in the 2nd picture is the one included.\nThe item is designed as a universal clamp fitting specifically for this Black clamp, and it's an add-on for the Flexi Tool attachment to be used with this clamp.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n Geeetech Full Metal Aluminum\n \n Rafts: \n No\n \n Supports: \n Yes\n \n Resolution: \n 0.2\n \n Infill: \n 25 - 30%\n \n Notes: \nThe design is created in 3 pieces to snap fit together, minimizing the need for supports as much as possible. Only one part needs support. An infill of 25-30% will provide added strength.\nPost-Printing\nAssembly\n Some filing and tidying are needed to ensure proper assembly.\nAssemble the parts in this order: Snap the hex base into place, insert the Flexi tool, adjust its height as necessary, and secure it with a screw and nut. Finally, snap the sanding table into place, taking care not to damage the feet. For a more permanent solution, glue the table to the long grey piece.\nDon't glue the bbSandingBaseV2Hex to the bbUniversalDremelClampHex, as this part will be reused in other projects that use the custom-fitting Black clamp.\nHow I Designed This\nThis item was created in Sketchup 2016 with the goal of making the clamp fitting usable across various projects.
