Dremel mount for Prusa's extruder motor

It is a support to put the extension of a dremel directly on the extruder of the Prusa. You just have to unscrew the 4 screws of the motor, take longer ones and screw back over the plastic part. I have not yet tested the part. The overhang is a lot but I think it is sufficient by burning pcb every now and then.
