Dremel Model 395 Flexible coupler

Dremel Model 395 Flexible coupler

My trusty Dremel tool had finally given up, so I took it apart to see what was wrong. The flexible rubber coupler between the motor and the output shaft had broken down completely. I pulled out my calipers and took some rough measurements before designing a replacement. This is my first attempt at printing with flexible filament, and I have to admit that the splines didn't turn out great - there's not a lot of detail. But it all came together and seems to work just fine. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: Thing-O-Matic Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: I used PolyFlex filament, but I still need to figure out the right settings. Also, my old Thing-O-Matic was dusty - it's been a while since I last used it! If I printed this again, I'd use a higher infill for better results.
