Dremel Milwaukee Goxawee Rotary Tool Spindle Nose Adapter Jig

Releasing a basic jig which can be clamped down to a bench, also original design files in case you want to fit it and use it as part of something larger. Including a tester bit, you can use that or do a plane cut in your favourite slicer to print a tiny piece, test that threads fit, then print the full size. My testing at %100 scale for 3 rotary tools when printed with Polymaker PolyTerra PLA: Goxawee - Slightly loose Dremel - Perfect fit Milwaukee - Somewhat tight After printing with ASA/ABS, it shrinked a little more, couldn't fit to Milwaukee anymore without a lot of force. My recommendation is to scale it up by another 2-3% if you are using ABS or PETG, try with tester piece. If you are printing in PLA, you can get away with it at original scale, most probably. I printed at 0.20 and 0.25 mm layer heights successfully where threads were working fine. Follow my instagram for the video https://www.instagram.com/p/CTSPWyDv2Et/ https://www.instagram.com/sdkks65/
