Replace your Dremel's holder with this attachment, inspired by Lenbok's Router Attachment for rotary tools. Almost everything is parametric, enabling you to adjust the offset for a perfect hob positioning and an accurate fit on your Dremel. It utilizes Sylwch's thread library from Thingiverse (item number 8793). An update has been made to correct the depth of the nut catchment on the longer side, ensuring that a 15mm M3 bolt can reach fully now, regardless of the offset used. Print it out and place it where your Proxxon Micromot holder is. A word of caution: thread printing may be an issue at layer heights above .3 (mine was); they might print as single strands in some places. Assemble by screwing onto your Dremel's end and following the instructions for using the Little Bolt Hobbit. If it doesn't fit properly, adjust the 'threadRad' setting or ensure you haven't over-tightened the M3 bolts. The Dremel's thread has two grooves halfway down; use a 15mm M3 bolt to screw onto the Dremel and tighten past the nuts for a secure fit. An update confirms successful hobbing of the first bolt with this attachment, resulting in a well-hobbed 15mm M3 bolt that fits perfectly into the Dremel's grooves.
