This is a custom-made holding fixture designed specifically for attaching a Dremel Flex Shaft to a quick change tool post on a Mini-Lathe, allowing for effortless cutting with cut off tools. The two separate components are secured together using high-quality Stainless Steel M3 Allen Hex Socket Cap Head Self Tapping Screws, sourced from Ebay for added durability. The design was created in Autodesk Fusion 360, and the original file is included here for anyone who needs to make adjustments or modifications. To achieve optimal results, it's recommended that you print this fixture using ABS material with a high infill percentage (I used 70%), as strength is crucial in this application. Although I've only utilized it for a few cuts so far, the holding fixture has proven surprisingly stable and resilient. The latest STL and f3d files uploaded are improved versions of earlier designs, capturing the precise geometry required for seamless integration with your Mini-Lathe setup.
