Dremel Guitar Binding Notch Jig

Dremel Guitar Binding Notch Jig

NOTE!!!! You must scale up this jig by two percent to compensate for your printer over sizing parts. I would build this into the design, but the CAD program only gives me limited options for threads. This is a jig designed to cut the notch for binding/trim in a wooden instrument. It's most common in guitars, but I'm using it for a hurdy-gurdy. I designed it with an ANSI Unified Screw Threads 3/4-12 UN 3B thread that fits my Dremel 200 perfectly. It is designed to give a 1.5 x 4 -12 mm notch. You can adjust the bit in the Dremel chuck to change the second dimension from 4mm to 12mm. If you'd like the depth (1.5mm) to be different, feel free to buy me a coffee and send an email when doing so; I'll adjust it to whatever you want. If you found this useful, please donate what you think it's worth on the tip me option or go to https://ko-fi.com/manmade and by me a coffee. Please help me cover the time of design. Thanks, enjoy!
