I used brass inserts to support the adjustment screws, but you could also use nuts. The two holes in the front are for 3 mm support and adjustment screws. Print the main body with the back end facing up so you don't need supports. The front and rear supports can be printed standing on their sides. You will need a 3 mm tap to run down the screw holes or self-tapping screws to use.
