I'm remaking these Dremel cutoff wheel protectors with two design improvements in mind - a screw-on cap and wider clearances to make the model more printer-friendly. This new version supersedes my previous remix that featured a snap-fit cap; this older design was plagued by tight tolerances which necessitated a high degree of print accuracy. I recommend using thin layers, a low speed setting, and enabling fan cooling if possible for best results with these protectors - it took around 50 minutes to complete a set on my Afinia printer. If you prefer the option of a two-piece design instead of a one-piece model, I've cut one in half as suggested by JustForFun; this halves version still works surprisingly well when mounted over the cutoff wheel even while it's secured to the tool. While aligning these two separate parts might present some difficulties - I found myself wrestling with fumbled fingers during my initial attempt, worrying about possibly cracking a disk inadvertently, though the process may become easier to manage with practice. For print settings, try to keep Rafts to 'Yes' and Infill to none or near-zero as you'll likely need little infill for these thin, protective designs. Resolution: You can try any value under 0.2 if your printer permits but that depends on the Resolution of your 3D Printer so I've chosen 0.2 for my settings
