This is a combination of GreaseMonkey88's Rod and Tube cutter with colnp_hughes's arrow cutting rig.You are going to lose some fine adjustment, but you can quickly cut half inch increments with a dremel.There are two versions for the base, the regular one, and one with the speedclic dremel adapter fully inside the tool, I prefer the second one, so I will have a consistent measurement and don't have to adjust the rig everytime.You are going to need a 10mm rod as an axel and you are good to go.
