For use with aluminum oxide grinding stones. Prints standing upright with ease, no support needed. Threads are 3/4"-12 UN, making them a perfect fit for Dremel tools like the 3000, 4000, and 8100 series. Initially, threads can be tight, but they work flawlessly when printed at a layer height of 0.22mm with an 0.8mm nozzle using polycarbonate (PC+) filament. If you're unsure, try printing the first 10mm of the part as a test. If it's too tight, simply scale up by a couple percent. Angles for sharpening are precisely designed at 22 degrees and 25 degrees. For added toughness, try using "slip28-31.STL" with angles set to 28 and 31 degrees.
