I need a reliable grinding attachment for my Dremel to polish pin ends and tube sections into perfect 90-degree angles, so I can grind freehand with precision. This specialized tool provides the necessary support for accurate freehand grinding, ensuring each detail meets exacting standards. The mounting base is designed as a separate piece due to its enhanced structural integrity when printed in this orientation. All you have to do is securely fasten the two pieces together with a suitable adhesive. The V2 design maintains the same layout, with the addition of a threaded Dremel nut seamlessly integrated into the structure. However, I still need to conduct thorough testing to confirm the squareness and stability of the attachment on my Dremel device.
