I designed a simple device that enables me to use a Dremel or similar tool on my Stepcraft 420. I sliced it with kisSlicer and made sure not to add any Supports since the thread needs some room. 0.1mm layerheight and relatively slow speeds are required to achieve a usable thread. 20mm/s for Perimeters and sparse infill, along with 15mm/s for solid infill, worked out fine for me. You should utilize a high fillrate (50% or higher) to get a stable and durable Adapter.
