Dremel 4200 Flex Shaft 225 Adapter

You should ensure your printer is printing accurately so that threads work properly, otherwise threads might not fit together seamlessly. Threads will be smoother after a few mounting and unmounting cycles. To achieve better layer adhesion, try printing slightly hotter, but be cautious not to overdo it, as excessive heat can cause problems later on. If the thread does break inside the Dremel 225 Flex Shaft, you'll likely face difficulties removing it completely. Since the part won't reach extremely high temperatures, a good quality PLA with strong layer adhesion will work just fine. However, if you prefer to print with ABS, you'll need to adjust the part's dimensions in both X and Y axes according to your specific ABS shrinkage rate. It's worth noting that I've added a longer version of the model to improve clearance. I highly recommend printing the extended model for better results.
