Dremel 4000 Desk Cutter

This design is based on item https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3323294. I aimed to create a small bench cutter that seamlessly integrates with my Dremmel 4000, providing precise cutting for small screws and rods. Two custom-designed jigs are included, accommodating M3, M4, M5, M6, and M8 bolts, and enabling accurate cutting of relevant size screws. Please note that this design is constructed from PLA, which can become excessively warm when in contact with hard metallic objects. Prolonged exposure or excessive force may cause PLA parts to distort. To assemble the arm, you'll need a hex M5 x 60mm screw and an M6 bolt. For attaching the jigs to the base, two hex M4 x 25mm screws and two M4 bolts are required. The base features seven screw holes (5mm diameter) for secure anchoring on a workbench.
