Dremel 3D40 / 3D45 Rear Filament Holder
thingiverse
A very simple removable filament holder for the rear of the 3D40 / 3D45 Idea Builder Dremel 3D Printer is designed to be easily installed and removed. I used a 4mm drill bit to create the four holes required, securing the filament bracket first, then carefully drilling through the 45-degree tube hole to ensure precise positioning and angle. To complete this project, you will need approximately 200mm of 4mm tube for the filament, as well as three M3x15mm screws with washers and nyloc nuts. A helpful tip is to leave the printer turned on while working in a dimly lit room. This allows you to see the ribs in the plastic from the back, making it easier to drill accurately. This holder is designed to be useful for 3D printing enthusiasts, so let me know if you find it helpful or need any modifications.
