Dremel 3d20 (Idea Builder) Spool Holder
thingiverse
Remixed from the Flashforge Spool Holder by @toolman207 and the Filament Spool Holder & Adapters by @malakath This sturdy spool holder gives a finished look to your 3d20 Idea Builder, allowing you to keep the lid on while easily switching oversized spools in and out. The modification is safe and doesn't require printer disassembly. Trimmed sides of the original plate down 2mm each to fit the Dremel 3d20's 140x120mm opening. Replaced the wingnut with a twist-in-place friction lock that uses no bolts or glue. A tapered filament guide makes it slide in easier, and a slight cut out on the back plate reduces filament friction. Only one side is built for now because the 3d20 has a single extruder designed for the left side. M3x15mm buttonhead screws hold the plates together (SAE equivalents like 1/8th x 5/8 work too). The removable wingnut lets you slip spools with smaller holes over the lip, but most spools can stay on the nut and fit just fine.
