Did you ever try making a clean cut with that high-end little Dremel? I gave it a shot and it was an utter disaster. So I came up with a guiding tool that actually works, and now I'd like to share it with you. Mount your Dremel 225 Flex Shaft Attachment to this printed guide, and now you can cut along the track. Just remember to be cautious and don't get hurt! Printed parts haven't been certified for safety approval; just be careful. The guide is large enough to accommodate a standard saw of D38mm diameter or even up to D44mm from some other manufacturers. Theoretically, with D38mm, it should be possible to cut 5mm thick plate. Printing Details Printer Model: Gate Novativa Rafts: None Necessary Supports: Not Needed Resolution: 0.4 works fine for most applications Infill Percentage: 25% appears to be sufficient Additional Notes: All parts have been designed with printing ease in mind, so supports and other complications are a thing of the past. Assembly Instructions Print several truck segments until you reach your desired length, then connect them using dovetail wedges. Smoothen the surfaces by lightly grinding them; the more precise the guide, the safer and more accurate your work will be. Notice that the printed truck sections have rounded edges due to printing issues - address this problem first. To enhance rigidity, glue the segments together. For installing Dremel 225 in the guide, you'll need four bolts with M5 threading, each at least 30mm long (35mm is recommended). Tighten them by hand; the rubber coating on your Dremel ensures a firm hold without risking damage to the plastic guide.
