The micro drone propeller has been crafted using a design inspired by the Drela AG35 airfoil. Testing was conducted on the Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester, and results are provided below. Printing took place at a slow pace, utilizing a 0.2 nozzle with a height per layer of 0.04. The final part was meticulously cleaned using a Precision Knife. Next, a small piece of 500 grit sandpaper was used to refine the part. Readings for various voltage presets are as follows: 1.5V yielded 13.6 grams, 2V produced 22.37 grams, 2.5V resulted in 30.02 grams, and 3V produced 37.25 grams. The accompanying files contain all test shots, including six text files that detail the airfoil coordinates used in construction, printable STL files, and SLDPRT files for further customization. To operate the propeller, an 8520 coreless motor is required. For users who wish to adapt the propeller model to their specific needs, it is recommended to utilize the SLDPRT files provided.
