I designed this custom drone propeller using the **Drela AG26** airfoil profile. I conducted thorough testing on the **Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig** (results are listed below). The part was printed with slow speed, employing a **0.2mm nozzle** at 0.04 layer height for optimal precision. To achieve a smooth finish, I used a **Precision Knife** to clean the final product. Next, I sanded the propeller using **400 grit sandpaper** for a high-quality surface. Here are the thrust measurements for various voltage levels (also visible in the accompanying images): - **1.5V** yields **11.59 grams** - **2V** results in **20.95 grams** - **2.5V** produces **28.6 grams** - **3V** generates **35.16 grams** The attached files contain all relevant images, as well as 6 txt files featuring airfoil coordinates, printable STL files, and SLDPRT files. If you'd like to experiment with the propeller, ensure you have a pair of **8520 coreless motors** on hand. To make modifications or create your own version, use the provided SLDPRT files. **Note:** The airfoil was plotted using matplotlib in python.
