I designed this drone propeller using **Drela AG17** airfoil coordinates and conducted testing with the **Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig**, which can be viewed below. The part was printed at slow speed, utilizing a 0.2 nozzle at 0.04 layer height, then cleaned with an X-ACTO Knife. Following this process, I completed the propeller with a small piece of 500 grit sandpaper. These are the thrust measurements for various voltage values: - 1.5V => 11.14 grams - 2V => 21.98 grams - 2.5V => 29.87 grams - 3V => 36.22 grams The included files contain all shots taken during testing, including six text files with airfoil coordinates used in the build, printable STL files, and SLDPRT files. If you're interested in customizing the propeller, I recommend obtaining a couple of 8520 coreless motors. To adapt the model to your needs, use the SLDPRT extension files.
