I designed this drone propeller using the **Drela AG13** airfoil coordinates. All testing was done on the **Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester**, and test results can be found below. The print was done slowly, using a nozzle of 0.2 millimeters at a layer height of 0.04 millimeters. I deburred and cleaned the print using a Precision Knife. After that, I sanded it with a piece of 500 grit sandpaper. These are the readings for a few voltage presets: - **1.5V** produces **9.66 grams** - **2V** results in **10.96 grams** - **2.5V** generates **26.17 grams** - **3V** yields **29.92 grams** The files included contain all pictures relevant to the test, along with 6 txt files that contain airfoil coordinates, printable STL files, and SLDPRT files. If you want to play with the propeller, make sure you have an **8520 coreless motor**. You can use the SLDPRT extension files if you want to make your own changes to the drone propeller. Airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library in python.
