I successfully designed the drone propeller with the **Drela AG10** airfoil coordinates and tested it on the **Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig** (test results below).\r\n\r\nThe part was printed slowly, utilizing a **0.2 nozzle** at 0.04 layer height, then cleaned with a **Precision Knife**.\r\n\r\nNext, I finished the part using a **500 grit sandpaper**.\r\n\r\nHere are the measurements for several voltage presets (you can also view these in the images taken during the test):\r\n- **1.5V** => **11.69 grams**\r\n- **2V** => **20.91 grams**\r\n- **2.5V** => **28.88 grams**\r\n- **3V** => **36.1 grams**\r\n\r\nThe attached files contain all pictures relevant to the test, with 6 text files that include all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the STL files and the SLDPRT files. To use the propeller, you'll need a couple of **8520 coreless motors**.\r\n\r\nUse the SLDPRT files if you want to adapt the model to fit your needs.\r\n\r\nNotice: The airfoil was plotted using the matplotlib library in python.
