I designed the propeller by utilizing the **Drela AG09** airfoil coordinates. All evaluations were conducted with the **Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester**, which can be accessed at the provided link. Results are listed below. The part was printed at a slow pace, using a **0.2mm extruder nozzle** with a 0.04 layer height setting. Afterward, it was cleaned with a **Precision Knife** to achieve a smooth finish. Subsequently, I used a small piece of **400 grit sandpaper** to refine the surface of the propeller. Here are the recorded thrust measurements for various voltage levels (also captured in the accompanying photos): - At **1.5V**, the measurement was **8.35 grams**. - At **2V**, it registered **19.7 grams**. - At **2.5V**, the reading was **26.98 grams**. - At **3V**, it reached **32.85 grams**. The downloadable files include all captured images from the test, alongside six text files containing airfoil coordinates, STL files, and SLDPRT files. To utilize the propeller effectively, a suitable motor is required; I recommend the **8520 coreless motor** for optimal performance. For users who wish to modify the design, it's recommended that they work with the SLDPRT extension files, which allow for easy customization of the propeller's geometry. **Important Note:** The airfoil was plotted using the matplotlib library in Python.
