thingiverse
This Drone Propeller was carefully crafted using the Drela AG03 Airfoil Design. All rigorous tests were conducted on the Drone Propeller Thrust Tester, a state-of-the-art device available online. The part was precision-printed at a slow speed using a 0.2 Nozzle with a layer height of 0.04mm. A versatile X-ACTO Knife was used to thoroughly clean the propeller. To give it a polished finish, I carefully sanded the propeller with a small piece of 400 Grit Sandpaper. The test results for several voltage presets are as follows: - 1.5V yielded 10.61 grams - 2V produced 19.25 grams - 2.5V resulted in 28.12 grams - 3V generated 36.15 grams The accompanying files contain all relevant images, along with six text files that include airfoil coordinates, printable STL files, and SLDPRT files for further customization. To effectively utilize this propeller, it is essential to have a pair of high-quality 8520 Coreless Motors. When making adjustments or modifications, use the provided SLDPRT files.
