Dreibackenfutter / Three-jaw chuck
thingiverse
Here's a rewritten version of your text: General Information: This three-jaw chuck was designed with 3D printing tolerances and possibilities in mind. The design closely matches a real three-jaw chuck with scroll (minus small details). For easier assembly, a parts list with technical drawings is included. The components were easy to print and modify. The function works perfectly without jamming! Printing time for all components was about 35 hours, with speed and layer height adjusted according to component needs. Don't forget to use support structure where necessary! Post-processing: An M6 and M8 tap are required to cut threads in the housing. These taps aren't included in the model; only the core hole is available. Assembly: When assembling, ensure the jaws are inserted in the correct order into the chuck/spiral so that it's centered. Have fun printing!
