A Multi-Lingual Two-Tone Flip Calendar Based on O.T. Vinta's Flip Calendar I'm really impressed with the idea behind that thing, but unfortunately, it had some flaws. Firstly, the fulcrums were designed with not enough clearance for my liking. Secondly, I couldn't stand the ALL CAPS shouty month names. Thirdly, there was no German version available yet. Fourthly, I desired more contrast in the text. Lastly, the "TURN SLOWLY" and "CHANGE MONTH" messages would become annoying after a couple of months. So, I made some changes: Firstly, I added extra clearance to the fulcrums. Secondly, the month text was separated into a set of cards to be placed inside a month card holder. There are several versions available: English, German, Euro-Arabic numbers, Roman numbers, and you can add other languages by modifying the text in Monatskarten.scad using OpenSCAD, ensuring you use a font that's available. Thirdly, the English and German texts use lowercase letters. Fourthly, the day and month cards are designed for two- or three-tone printing. Lastly, while there are "Turn Month" and "Slow Turn" cards, I also added some random emojis to fill in the backs of the extra day cards. You can change these to your liking using Tagestafel.scad and OpenSCAD; I found the Symbola font particularly useful for this.
