Dreamer NX replacement Y axis pulley mount
thingiverse
This thing was crafted using Tinkercad. A video guide and the original file are available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_w8u6sDDBk My new dreamer NX had a cracked corner piece, so I designed a replacement in TinkerCAD. I attempted to replicate the original as closely as possible, but some differences are evident: 1. The hole for the metal pulley rod is smaller than before. It originally held a bearing, which I couldn't locate, so I resized it and smoothed/greased it. 2. The holes for the top secondary piece are undersized, designed for self-tapping rather than using a metal insert. You should probably print this in high infill/ABS, but I'm currently printing with a "test" piece made in PLA with 15 percent infill. Don't follow my example, though! I hope this helps someone!
