Replacement hinge for those awfully fragile PAL Dreamcast cases. Flip in your slicer to get the opposite hinge. Currently the fit is very loose to avoid additional stress. The end to be glued is long enough to fit completely sheared-off hinges, reduce as required. I suggest using those goopy glue to maximise adhesion surface.
