Shark Teeth eyewear is an innovative and robust design created specifically for mass distribution, appealing to people worldwide. This protective eyewear solution, designed particularly for third world nations, features a one-piece, thick frame that's tough and durable. Resistant to twisting and bending without breaking, Shark Teeth also offers removable lenses for cleaning or prescription upgrades. Aiming at children and teens, the design also prioritizes style, giving these young users a superhero-like appearance with its sleek, cool, and unique look. Created using Solidworks NURBS software, Shark Teeth frames are 3D printable and have passed Shapeways' initial printability check. The design caters to an average child-teen head circumference of 50cm. Lenses measure 2.4" wide by 1.8" high with a thickness of 0.06", while the frame measures 5.28" long, 5.67" wide, and 2.3" high. The "toothed" feature on the arms can have its smoothing and radius adjusted to meet safety requirements. Many thanks to XAMR for providing the male bust/head model used in the design process.
