Finding no effective E3D V6 print cooling solutions for my delta, I have created a trifecta fan solution using just 30mm fans. These fans are positioned at an angle to prevent collision with the belts during large prints. To Print: First, print the main body with its cooling vents facing upwards. I recommend printing this part at a layer height of 0.1mm because that is what I used for my own print. Next, print two brackets - you can simply duplicate them since they are identical. Make sure the contact points on the brackets face upwards. For mini Kossels, install the E3D heater block so its heating resistor faces away from one of the pillars. Align it with a pillar to prevent fan collision during autoleveling, large printing, or other activities. All screw holes have 3mm diameters and 5mm depths. Secure the fans and brackets using M3 screws, but do not overtighten them - they should be finger-tightened only. The fans and brackets are attached via plastic-to-screw connections. Tip: To prevent rotation at the point of contact between the brackets and the metal, add a friction material where the brackets meet the metal. For all other printers, position the hotend's heater block away from where you want to place the fans. Then, screw down the brackets as shown. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mini Kossel Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 25%
