Drawstring Clamp
thingiverse
The Drawstring Clamp originated within Seattle Pacific University's Engineering Program. It empowers individuals to grasp a drawstring securely using an attachment to their prosthetic hand, liberating the other hand to manipulate the string connected to the drawstring. This is especially beneficial for people who wear laceless shoes because they lack the ability to tie them with two free hands. Some athletic shoes are tightened by cinching a drawstring, and this attachment enables users to do so effortlessly. It also proves useful for jackets that tighten in the hood or at the bottom of the garment. All native CAD files and STL files can be found in the download link located at the top right of this page.
