thingiverse
Modification of RPi3 DRAWS case by N0KZ, now suitable for Raspberry Pi 3b or Raspberry Pi 4b + NWDR DRAWS hat with GPS port on side. SCAD file provided so you can help tune the design and STL files are available for both Raspberry Pi 3b or Raspberry Pi 4b to print your choice. Features include a powerpole power port, nice fit for DRAWS card, rounded corners, and machine screws into card spacers that hold case together. Required hardware includes: M2.5 x 8mm hex socket head machine screws (4) M2.5 x 11mm female to female spacers (4) M2.5 x 25mm hex socket head machine screws (4) Assembly instructions: Clean out screw holes using a 7/64 or 3mm bit. Install Powerpole connector, possibly securing with thin double stick tape. Place DRAWS card in lid; it's a tight fit but should be manageable. Secure Pi to DRAWS card by pushing M2.5 x 25mm screws into place and tightening spacers - then finger tighten. Connect Pi to DRAWS card, ensuring alignment and proper pin placement. Install base and secure with M2.5 x 8mm screws. Tighten all components using an allen wrench. Note: Raspberry Pi 4b runs hotter than the Pi 3B; a next enhancement should likely include a fan, possibly integrating a POE board with its fan between the Pi and DRAWS hat.
