This is a design I came up with as a promotional giveaway to boost visibility for the Chico State Club on campus. Print this out in ABS using a very slow base layer setting. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 100 Notes: If this prints a decent base layer, it's almost certain to complete with zero warp-age. No brim or raft is needed. I print the base layer at 15 mm/s and then the rest at 25-30 mm/s. It probably could be printed faster, but I really need the edges to stay straight and consistent.
