Drawing die for silicon

My dad and I are building a boat, YES A BOAT! We needed a sealing system for the external lockers that wouldn't let water get inside, but the one we found was too big, so we decided to make our own instead of buying it. We came up with this simple design for a drawing die that can extrude silicon into the right shape and be reused easily. It's perfect for making custom sealing objects, like tubes and pipes. This object is designed to fit on any commercially available silicone can. The outside part is easy to hold and operate. We can swap out different dies to get different profiles. To use this thing correctly, you screw it onto the can, insert the drawing die into the body, and secure it by turning the pins in the holes with a wrench on the hexagonal head. Then, you extrude the silicone by letting it fall into hot water - almost boiling - so it cures faster and doesn't stick around.
