Drawer slide catch

Drawer slide catch

I designed a catch for sliding style bathroom drawers after one of mine broke and was driving me crazy. So I decided to model this one myself. To my surprise, the first print worked out perfectly. I snapped two photos, took two measurements, imported them into Fusion, scaled the picture to match the measurement, and connected the dots. This catch was printed with a 0.5mm nozzle in PETG, using a 100c bed and 250c hot end. The settings were 11% infill with 2 shells, 5 top layers, and 2 bottom layers. The result is a very solid catch that should last a long time - PETG is a strong material, after all. It took about 45 minutes to print.
