Drawer Organizer System for Custom Adjustments and Expansions Rails ====== These can be easily extended to your desired length using a slicer. I printed these rails in end-to-end mode with a 0.4mm nozzle, achieving optimal results. A key feature of the rails is a 3mm groove on one face, allowing for a printed tray to be placed underneath with its lip nestled within the grooves. Trays ====== One example tray is included with this system, measuring 100x200 and boasting internal dimensions of 90x190. While not essential, trays are simple to design and can be tailored to your needs. To create a tray, you'll need to design it 10mm larger in both dimensions than the desired internal box section. The tray's thickness is up to you, but ensure it has a 1mm ridge around the edge to fit snugly into the rail grooves. Connectors ========== A variety of connectors are provided for corners, three-way and four-way connections, as well as straight connectors that enable you to create longer sections than your printer can handle. Measuring Your Rails ===================== To determine the internal dimensions of your final box section, measure the rails accordingly. Since each rail is 10mm thick, the outer dimensions will be 20mm larger in both directions. When using a straight connector for multiple rails, remember to subtract 10mm from one of the rails to ensure accurate measurements. Installing in a Drawer ===================== If you plan to install this system in a drawer, make sure its overall dimensions are at least 4mm less than the internal dimensions of the drawer. This allows for the bulk of the connectors that form the outer wall of the system.
