Drawer Insert (FreeCAD, parameterized)

Parameterized Drawer Insert with presets for Allit EuroPlus, Festool/Makita Systainer, Bosch/Sortimo Boxx.

They all have a rim on the top.

Measurements

Outer Length/Width/Height is always used as the outer measurement, so if you do not want a bed plate and or feed, set the Bed Plate/Feed Height to e.g. 0.0001 mm and also fix Bed Plate Chamfer to a lower value. The values cannot be set to zero otherwise there are calculation errors.

If you do not want the label than you can hide it.

In the custom settings I added wall thickness dependent on the Length Count so it is stable for longer walls.

Presets

Bind B5-B22 in spreadsheet "Measurements" to the columns of the predefined values or create a new one.

Print

Printer: Prusa i3 MK3S+

Slicer: PrusaSlicer >= 2.5.0

Filament: PETG (different brands)

Supports: None

Infill: 15%

Attached 3mf files are tested with Jayo PETG black. It is a little bit challenging to get the proper settings for fast print with no wavy walls and that the model sticks to the bed without warping.

So for the big 2x2 model there are different settings than for the [123]x1 models for fan speed and bed temperature.
