Drawer insert bins for workbench or kitchen drawers

I work in a Trek bikes retail store on the side and we're mandated to store all tools in drawers, such as those found on the Unior 6' workbench. (Trek SKU 541389)Big flat drawers are great - unless you've got a bunch of small parts. There is provision for dividers in the drawers, but I had a better idea.  Inspired by a youtube video I came up with a design for bins that was simpler and could be printed in “vase mode”. I measured the Unior drawer and figured I could divide it up into 9 segments which would be 81 individual 1x1 bins. Not everything fits in those, so I made the design parametric to have bins in multiples of width, such as 1x2, 2x1, etc. All the STLs included here will fit on the bed of a Prusa MK3/MK3S/MK3S+, and most up to the 3x3 size will fit on standard 200mm print beds. The tab at the back can be used for a label, and also serves to make it easier to pull out a single bin from a full drawer. Remember that unless your bins come out square, that tab should be in the back, or they won't fit right.PrintingIf you have a larger nozzle on your printer, such as a 0.6 or 0.8mm, you can print this in vase mode, but a 0.4mm nozzle is likely to wind up being too flimsy. (I've printed these in vase mode on an Anycubic i3 Mega with a 0.8mm nozzle with a 0.4mm layer height with good results) For a printer with a 0.4mm nozzle, I load it up in PrusaSlicer at 0.3mm layer height, turn infill to 0% and change top layers to 0. I usually adjust bottom layers to 2-3 depending on how strong I want the base to be, vs how quickly I want the prints done. This results in a two wall print that isn't too slow and is good and stable, and unlike a vase mode print, you can load up the print bed and let it run off many bins at once. A vase mode print is limited to one at a time, but you can cue up an entire row of 9 1x1 bins and let it run overnight. I've also adjusted print speeds on my MK3S to Parametric design for other drawersFor other workbenches/drawers, I've included the Fusion 360 F3D file.  Open “Change Parameters” and feed in the drawer dimensions - width, depth, and height - and number of divisions, and it'll generate. Then you can adjust the WidthCount and DepthCount to make larger bins. As you can see in the photos I did that for my own drawers in my shop which are repurposed kitchen cabinets.
