A partially damaged rectangular tablet is discovered, with the inscription confined to a single face. One corner of the inscribed side shows evidence of damage due to spalling or possibly a blow from a modern tool; this damage manifests as a smooth, angled loss. On the opposite side, another corner displays a gouged defect that has removed part of the surface without causing it to break off completely.
